Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer worldwide delivery.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, please request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. Requests after this time frame will be rejected. Your order can be returned for a full refund after you receive it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please note that processing times may be extended during holiday and sale periods. We process all orders between Monday and Friday, and they are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the day after the processing day. We do not ship on weekends.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of dispatch, you are entitled to a full refund.
Do I have to pay customs duties and taxes?
The prices shown on our website are exclusive of VAT and taxes. You may therefore be responsible for paying customs duties and taxes when you receive your order. Customs, import duties and related charges may be levied when your order reaches your destination and are determined by your local customs authority. Payment of these fees is your responsibility and is not covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in your country. For further information on customs fees, please contact your local customs authority.
How do I return an item?

What if the item I received is defective, incorrect or damaged?
If you have received a wrong, missing or defective item, please contact us with your order number and pictures of the item. We will do our best to resolve the matter as soon as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the money will be returned to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Contact your bank for questions about when the money will be available in your account. If you have not yet received your refund, please contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account.
